Step 2: Create target virtual machine and import data - FAILED

Greetings,

I am having a problem with Step 2:  Create target virtual machine and import data.  The Converter process creates the VMguest approiately on the ESX server-and creates the Vdisks... However, after about 5 minutes (5% done) the process fails.   I have verified that both Shadow copy services have been turned on AND that all servers (physical, virtual, or ESX servers) have good name resolution.  Via /etc/hosts in linux or Windows host file.  The ESX servers are in a cluster-with HA and DRS running.
