I am running converter on a physical Windows XP system and the conversion runs fine but sysprep never runs on the virtual machine so I get "a duplicate name exists on the network" error message when I start it up. I have tried pointing to the sysprep directory in the C:
documents and settings\all users\application data\vmware\vmware virtualcenter\sysprep\1.1\tools directory on the VC server during the customization wizard and when that didn't work, I copied sysprep to the local machine that I am converting and that didn't work either. Am I missing something?
