Is it possible to use VMware Virtual Disk Manager utility (vmware-vdiskmanager.exe) with a user account other than root?
I created a local user on an ESXi host and assigned Administrators role at the host level. I get the following error when trying to run vmware-vdiskmanager.exe using this user account. Running with root account works just fine.
[NFC ERROR] NfcNewAuthdConnectionEx: Failed to connect to peer. Error: 550 User not authorized for host agent contact
Any help would be appreciated.
